Nuove disposizioni sulla disciplina del subappalto

Con la legge 108/2021 di conversione del dl 77/2021 entrano in vigore le modifiche all'art. 49 del codice degli appalti pubblici, con riferimento alla disciplina del subappalto, con decorrenza immediata (alla data del 1.6.2021, data di entrata in vigore del decreto, ed altre con decorrenza 1.11.2021.
