CC&A won a case before the Council of State against AGCM

 

The Council of State, the administrative court of appeal, in the case Alpitel s.p.a and others vs Antitrust Authority (AGCM) held that the appeal of Alpitel, represented by Avv.ti Fabrizio Cugia di Sant’Orsola e Pietro Cuomo was well motivated, canceling the administrative fine of 30 million  imposed by the Agcm to all the companies accused of restriction of competition against of Wind and Fastweb.
