Non e’ stato inserito nel DL semplificazioni la norma che definisce la tecnologia basate sui registri condivisi (distributed ledger technology) di cui fa parte anche la Blockchain, nonostante che a settembre l’italia aveva aderito alla European Blockchain partnership lanciata dalla Commissione Europea.

Ad oggi, quindi non abbiamo ancora una norma che regolamenti la questione ed affronti il tema degli smart contract.
