Ilaria Di Benedetto is Senior Associate of the Cugia Cuomo & Associati.

She became lawyer in October 2015, and got her Law Master’s Degree at LUISS – Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali Guido Carli –  University of Rome, in April 2013. She drafted her master’s thesis on “The consumer protection in the electronic communication agreements”.

In July 2013, She  got her Certificate of Completion of  the summer program, titled “English for Legal purposes program and introduction to US Law”, at Case Western Reserve University School of Law di Cleveland OHIO (USA).

In July 2017, She completed the fourth edition of Second-degree University Master in “Innovation and Competition Law”, LUISS Guido Carli University, Rome.

She focus her practice on civil and commercial law, litigation, consumer protection and ecommerce and assists electronic communication operators before the Regional Communications Committees (CO.RE.COM).

She is improving her knowledge on TMT, IP and Competition.
