Cugia Cuomo & Associati was founded in 2006 from strongly skilled partners who gained top experience in major international law firms. In 2018, the Firm was again nominated for both Industry sector awards (Best Law Firm and Best Lawyer) in Top Legal, and nominated by LegalCommunity (sector review) Best Law Firm Privacy and Best Lawyer Privacy (Fabrizio Cugia)

In 2017, Senior Partner Fabrizio Cugia has been awarded the most prestigious national prize in the industry sector (Top Legal), and nominated “Lawyer of the Year – Technology” by peers and industry officers active in the technology field (may 2017). In 2017, He has also been awarded “TMT Lawyer of the Year” by Best Lawyers, Italian jurisdiction, and is shortlisted for such prize this year. 

The Firm has been awarded in 2016 Law Firm of the Year - Technology Law (Top Legal, industry awards, February 2016) and Law Firm of the Year in Communications Law (Corporate International, March 2016).
